Request KYB for your company
Fill in the form and we reply within one business day with the document checklist and a draft agent agreement. KYB takes two business days once the documents are in. There is no fee until the first payment, and the first payment of $1,000–5,000 is a test at the standard fee.
What we will ask for
- NIB and the OSS business licence
- NPWP of the company
- Deed of establishment (akta pendirian) and the latest amendment, with the SK from the Ministry of Law
- KTP (or passport and KITAS) of the director who signs the agent agreement
- Company bank account in IDR or USD from which you will fund orders (name must match the company)
- For the first supplier: the invoice and the contract or signed pro-forma above $10,000
What happens next

Within one business day
We confirm your request by email or Telegram, send the checklist and the draft agent agreement, and answer questions about your corridor and volumes.

Two business days
KYB: registry checks, sanctions screening of the company and the director, a short call if anything is unclear. You sign the agent agreement and the tariff annex.

First payment
You upload the first invoice; we show the fee lines and the delivery date; you fund the order; the payment goes out the same business day with MT103 or bank confirmation.
