Getting started
What exactly do you do?
We are a payment agent. You instruct us to pay an invoice or to collect a receivable; you settle with us in USDT; we settle with the bank. The beneficiary or your customer sees an ordinary bank transfer. We are not a bank, a trading platform or a wallet.
Who can open an account?
Individuals over 18 and companies from supported or on-request countries. Residents of countries on our not-supported list cannot open an account. Verification takes one to two business days for individuals and one to three for companies.
Do I need an account to see a price?
No. The calculator on the home page quotes any amount without an account. You need an account only to send the payment.
Which languages do you support?
The site and documents are in English, Bahasa Indonesia and Russian. Support answers in English and Russian on business days; Indonesian on request.
Paying an invoice
Is it legal to pay a foreign invoice with crypto?
You do not pay the beneficiary in crypto. You pay us in USDT under an agent agreement, and we pay the invoice in fiat from our bank account. Whether holding and using crypto is permitted for you depends on your country of residence; we provide the full set of documents for your accountant.
Which cryptocurrencies and networks do you accept?
USDT on Tron (TRC-20), Ethereum (ERC-20) and TON, USDC on Polygon. Other assets are not accepted.
What can I pay for?
Any legitimate invoice with a bank beneficiary: suppliers, rent, tuition, medical bills, travel, software, contractors. We decline the categories on the compliance page: sanctioned parties, weapons, gambling, adult content, drugs, anonymous third parties.
Can I pay a person rather than a company?
Yes, when the invoice or contract is in that person's name, for example a landlord or a tutor. We check the name against the account and the document.
What if I sent the wrong amount?
Too little: top up before the timer ends, or we re-quote for the amount received. Too much: the excess is refunded to the sending address minus the network fee, or applied to your next payment, your choice.
What if I sent on the wrong network?
Assets sent on a network we did not quote cannot be recovered in most cases. The address and the network are confirmed in writing for each payment, and the message states the network twice. Contact support immediately if it happens; where recovery is technically possible, we try.
Getting paid
How does my customer pay?
By ordinary bank transfer to our account with a unique reference. They do not need an account with us and never touch crypto.
When do I receive USDT?
Within one business day after the transfer is final: typically one to three business days for SWIFT. Bank transfers can be recalled for a short time, so we wait for finality.
Can I collect in currencies other than USD and EUR?
USD, EUR and CNY to our Bank Mandiri accounts today; other currencies on request through our partners. Currencies are converted at the market rate with no mark-up.
Fees and rates
What does it cost?
Converting USDT to dollars or rupiah on your own account: 0.2%, or 0.15% from $500,000. Paying an invoice abroad or receiving a payment from abroad: 2.5% up to $10,000, 2% up to $50,000, 1.5% up to $100,000, 1% from $100,000. Plus the payment order: free to an account at Bank Mandiri, $80 to any other bank in Indonesia or abroad; incoming SWIFT $15. No spread and no other charges.
Where does the rate come from?
For USDT: the global USDT/USD rate, public market data refreshed every minute. For currencies: the market rate at the time of the quote. The quote is fixed for 15 minutes once you confirm.
What are the limits?
From $1,000 per payment. There is no fixed maximum: larger payments cost less (0.15% from $500,000 on conversions, 1% from $100,000 on invoices), and large payments are confirmed with you before sending.
Are there any other charges?
No account, monthly, setup or document fees. If a bank returns a payment, only the bank's own return charge is deducted from the refund.
Verification
What do you need from an individual?
A passport or national ID, a short liveness check, and your address. For enhanced limits, the source of funds (for example a salary statement or a sale contract) and the purpose of recurring payments.
What do you need from a company?
Registry extract, articles, directors, beneficial owners above 25%, the person acting for the company and their ID, nature of business and expected volumes. One to three business days.
Why did compliance ask for the contract?
First payments to a new beneficiary, payments to on-request countries and amounts above your usual pattern trigger a document request. The order waits up to 48 hours; send the documents to the desk and the check resumes within the business day.
Documents
What documents do I receive?
The agent agreement (signed once), a payment order per payment, our invoice for the fee, the bank confirmation with the UETR (MT103 on request), the agent report with the transaction hash, rate and fees, and on request a payment-on-behalf-of letter. Companies also get a monthly statement.
What is an MT103 and what does it prove?
The SWIFT message with which our bank sent the payment. It proves the transfer was sent, with the amount, date, sender, beneficiary and reference. It does not prove the credit; the status “Credited” does, when the beneficiary's bank confirms it.
Can my accountant get the documents directly?
Yes. Give us the accountant's email and we send the document set for every payment to them as well.
Delays and returns
The beneficiary has not received the money. What now?
Ask the desk for the status by your order reference. “Transfer sent” with a UETR means the bank network has it; SWIFT typically takes one to two business days, up to three for some corridors. After two business days we ask the beneficiary's bank for a credit confirmation on your behalf.
The bank returned the payment. Do I lose the money?
No. We show the bank's reason, then you choose: resend with corrected details, or a USDT refund at the locked rate minus the bank's return charge, within three business days.
Can I cancel a payment?
Before conversion: yes, full USDT refund minus the network fee. After conversion but before sending: refund at the current rate. After sending: only a bank recall, which the beneficiary's bank may refuse.
Security
How do I know the address is really yours?
Settlement addresses are sent only by the desk, in the order thread you already know, never in a new chat. Each payment has its own confirmed address. If anyone else sends you an address, it is not us.
Where are my funds between steps?
Fiat sits in our settlement accounts at Bank Mandiri, separate from operating funds, until the transfer is sent; USDT legs settle through our licensed conversion partners. We do not lend or stake client funds.
How do you protect my orders?
Instructions are accepted only from the contacts named in your agreement; new payout details are confirmed through a second channel; above a limit a second person on our desk approves.
Business and OTC
What does a business account add?
Batch payouts from a file, named references for collections, a monthly statement, a personal manager and an individual fee for regular volumes. A client cabinet with roles and an API are in development.
Who can use the OTC desk?
Licensed payment institutions, e-money issuers, brokers and VASPs, after KYB and a master agreement. Tickets from $50,000, settlement the same day, delivery versus delivery. Not available to individuals.
Is there an API?
Not yet. Orders, status and documents go by email and Telegram; an API is in development and will come with the business agreement.
