How it works

What happens to your payment, step by step.

Every payment goes through the same eight steps. At each one we send you a short message in Telegram or by email, so you always know where your money is.

Eight steps from quote to credit

Payments funded before the bank cut-off are usually sent the same business day and credited within one to two business days.

Each status in detail

01

Quote locked

You confirm the amount, the currency and where the money goes. The rate, the Arkipo fee and the payment order fee are fixed for 15 minutes, and we issue a payment order under the agent agreement.

Duration
up to 15 minutes
You receive
payment order (PDF), quote with timestamp
You do
send the exact amount before the timer ends
02

Awaiting USDT

We send you the USDT address for this payment, with the network and the exact amount. USDT sent on the wrong network cannot be recovered, so the message says it twice.

Duration
until your transfer is seen on-chain
You receive
address, amount, network and the 15-minute timer
You do
send from a wallet or platform account in your name
03

USDT received

We confirm the transaction on-chain and record the hash. If the amount is short, you can top up; if it is late, the rate is re-quoted and you confirm again.

Duration
within the business hour
You receive
a message with the hash, the amount and the next step
You do
nothing
04

Compliance check

An analyst confirms the invoice matches the beneficiary and checks the beneficiary and the purpose against sanctions lists and prohibited categories. First payments to a new beneficiary and on-request countries may go to the sub-status “Documents required”.

Duration
within the business day; up to 48 hours if documents are requested
You receive
clearance notification, or a list of documents with a deadline
You do
send documents if asked
05

Converted

Our licensed partners convert the USDT into the payout currency at the locked rate. The exact rate, amount and time go into the agent report. Up to this point you can still cancel the payment at no cost.

Duration
within the business hour
You receive
rate confirmation line in the order
You do
nothing
06

Transfer sent

Our bank sends the payment. For SWIFT you get the UETR tracking number and, on request, the MT103. For transfers inside Indonesia you get the bank's transfer confirmation. An MT103 proves the money was sent, not that it arrived; the next two steps cover that.

Duration
funded before the cut-off: same business day
You receive
bank confirmation (MT103 on request), UETR, our invoice, agent report, letter confirming we paid on your behalf
You do
forward the confirmation to the beneficiary if they ask
07

Awaiting credit confirmation

We track the payment through the bank network by UETR where available and ask the beneficiary's bank for a credit confirmation on SWIFT payments older than two business days. Delays here are usually a correspondent asking the beneficiary's bank a question.

Duration
typically 1–2 business days (SWIFT), within hours (BI-FAST)
You receive
a message when the status changes
You do
optionally mark “received” when the beneficiary confirms
08

Credited

The beneficiary's bank confirmed the credit, or you confirmed it. The order closes, the document set is final and the payment appears in your monthly statement.

Duration
final
You receive
closing message; the full document set by email
You do
nothing

If something goes wrong

Four situations, each with a clear outcome agreed in advance.

Documents required

Sub-status of compliance

We tell you exactly which documents we need, why, and by when (48 hours). Send them to us and the check resumes the same business day. If we cannot proceed, the USDT goes back to the sending address minus the network fee.

Returned by bank

After “Transfer sent”

The beneficiary's bank rejected the payment: closed account, name mismatch or a compliance hold. We show you the bank's reason. You choose: resend with corrected details, or a refund in USDT at the locked rate minus the bank's return charge.

Quote expired

Before USDT arrived

Nothing was sent, nothing is charged. If USDT arrives after expiry we re-quote at the current rate; you confirm the new amount, and any difference is settled from the next payment or refunded.

Cancelled

On your request

Before conversion: full USDT refund minus the network fee. After conversion but before sending: refund at the current rate. After sending: only a bank recall, which the beneficiary's bank may refuse.

Getting paid from abroad

Five steps. We pay you only after the incoming transfer is final, because bank transfers can be recalled for a short time.

  • 1
    Awaiting incoming transfer
You share our bank details and the unique reference with your customer.
  • 2
    Transfer received (provisional)
Matched by our desk by reference, amount and sender; you are notified.
  • 3
    Final credit and source check
The recall window closes; the sender is checked against sanctions lists.
  • 4
    Compliance
Invoice and contract match the sender and your profile.
  • 5
    USDT sent
To the address agreed in your agreement, with the transaction hash and the agent report.
