How do I get US dollars for my USDT?
Open an account, confirm a quote and send USDT to the address in your order. The dollars arrive on your account at Bank Mandiri the same business day, or on any other bank for a payment order fee of $80.
Which exchange rate do you use?
The global USDT/USD rate, updated every minute. Our fee is a separate line: 0.2% (0.15% from $500,000) when you convert USDT to your account, 2.5% to 1% by amount when you pay an invoice. After you confirm, the rate is fixed for 15 minutes.
Do you work with individuals?
Yes. Individuals verify with a passport and a selfie, companies with their registration documents. Both can convert USDT and pay invoices abroad.
Do you work only with Indonesian companies?
No. Companies and individuals from most countries can use Arkipo. Payouts are sent from our accounts at Bank Mandiri in Indonesia. We do not serve countries and persons under sanctions.
Which documents do I receive?
A payment order, the bank confirmation (MT103 for SWIFT), an agent report and the invoice for our fee: everything your accountant needs to book the payment.
How long does it take?
Opening an account takes 1–2 business days. A payout to Bank Mandiri arrives the same business day. A SWIFT transfer abroad usually takes 1–2 business days.
Who carries out the conversion?
USDT is converted through our licensed partners at the global rate. The bank transfer is always sent by PT Global Payment Gateway from its account at Bank Mandiri.
Is there a minimum or a maximum?
From $1,000 per payment. Larger payments cost less: 0.15% from $500,000 when you convert to your account, down to 1% from $100,000 when you pay an invoice. For regular large volumes we agree an individual quote.
